Toshihiko Tsukijigaoka (月地ヶ岡俊彦, Tsukijigaoka Toshihiko) is the younger brother of Masahiko Tsukijigaoka, the patissier ghost. He runs their family's snack food business, because Masahiko became a patissier and abandoned his position as heir.
Toshihiko has brown hair, and wears glasses and suits.
Masahiko describes Toshihiko as being very sensible, and unwilling to believe in strange things without proof.
Toshihiko and his brother lost their parents when they were still children. Toshihiko became very withdrawn, and to cheer him up, Masahiko made him a birthday cake like their mother used to, and claimed their parents had sent it from heaven. Though Toshihiko knew the cake had come from his brother, he was touched that Masahiko had gone to so much effort for him. Toshihiko grew up and joined the family business, since his brother had failed to do so. He was upset by Masahiko's death.
Toshihiko visits several of his company's sites in preparation for his upcoming promotion. After doing so, he takes off from work to visit the site of his older brother's fatal car accident. While there, he is approached by Yoshimori and Yumeko Hananokoji, who claim to be in contact with his brother's ghost. Toshihiko refuses to believe them, and challenges them to meet him there the following day with proof. The next day, they present Toshihiko with a slightly damaged cake, which they claim Masahiko helped them bake. Toshihiko laughs, and knows without even tasting it that they are telling the truth, because this is the second time that Masahiko has tried to present him with a cake from beyond the grave. He accepts the cake and reassures Masahiko's ghost that there are no hard feelings between them, finally allowing his brother to pass on.
