Kokuyou (黒曜) is a dragon Ayakashi that serves as the main means of transport for Tokimori Hazama over great distances. Kokuyou has been with Tokimori since before Chushinmaru Karasumori's birth, and while capable of carrying a large group of Ayakashi[1], Kokuyou is now generally only called upon to carry those few directly responsibly for ensuring Chushinmaru's safety.
