Escape ( 脱出, Dasshutsu) is the 119th chapter of the Kekkaishi Manga written and illustrated by Yellow Tanabe.

Summary

Masamori Sumimura assumes that Yoshimori has overexerted himself and fallen into a state of shock. Masamori determines that Yoshimori's technique is different from Zekkai: there is a person other than the caster inside, and while it is not sealed, anything attempting to penetrate is destroyed. Masamori tells Sen Kagemiya to try waking Yoshimori up. In the meantime, Masamori rams his Zekkai into the sphere in the hopes of getting through. Sen finally stabs Yoshimori in the forehead, and the sphere collapses. With Yoshimori and Sen recovered, Masamori gives the order to retreat.

Princess is found by Byaku, and not wanting him to see her in her weakened state, she orders him to leave her. Byaku instead offers to take her out of the castle.

Hekian informs Shion that the exit they formerly used is being guarded by the Night Troop. He offers to lead her to another exit, as they are free from Byaku's bugs and so have no reason to stay. Shion plants a spider on him, gaining control of his body. She reveals that she was only pretending to be controlled, and transforms Hekian into one of her Spider Goons.

Aihi reaches a balcony, and her body releases small flowers into the air as she dies. Shion catches one of these flowers as she prepares to leave, and bids Aihi farewell.

Byaku carries Princess out of the castle.

Shigemori Sumimura sees Kagami, in the form a winged creature, carrying Heisuke Matsudo, and mistakes them for a bird. Hakudo spots the landscape of Kokuboro transforming into pampass grass. Masamori spots Princess and Byaku, but Shigemori says to leave them alone, since she is about to die on her own.
