White Feather Kids ( 白羽児 Shiraha Ji ) is the 44th chapter of the Kekkaishi Manga written and illustrated by Yellow Tanabe
After seeing the signal, the Shirahago triplet with Yoshimori pummels him with feathers. The triplet with Tokine flees while she is distracted. To escape his predicament, Yoshimori boosts himself above the feather storm with an elevator Kekkai, startling the triplet and managing to destroy his lower body. Noticing that the triplet is already regenerating, Yoshimori realizes he must destroy the entire body at once to win.
The triplets gather, and one, Fuzuki, is concerned about Hizuki, who was wounded by Yoshimori. Hizuki tells Fuzuki not to interfere, but Fuzuki insists that they share everything, including power and enemies, so they should fight together. Tokine takes advantage of their distraction, surrounding Fuzuki with a triple layer Kekkai. The triplets are stunned as Fuzuki is destroyed, while the The Spy looks on in annoyance, but he correctly theorizes that using multiple Kekkai on a target increases destructive power.
Mizuki, the final triplet, is deeply upset by Fuzuki's death, and his rage triggers his own transformation. With both determined to avenge Fuzuki, they combine to form an enormous owl. Simply by flapping its wings, the owl blows away everything in the area. Tokine protects herself and Hakubi with a triple layer Kekkai, and Yoshimori manages to hang onto to a tree, but Madarao is flung away. The owl turns its wings into a barrage of feathers, which turn into diamond shards that slam into the ground with great force. The Spy is amazed by the owl's power. As the owl reabsorbs the shards back into its body, it promises that its aim will be much better the next time.
